Various Policies

The Conference ICAITS-2024 has its own policies. All authors should follow them. The policy system is divided into following subcategories.

Submission Policy: All papers must be submitted through Microsoft CMT System. Only original research papers will be considered for further procedure. Review papers and short notes will not be considered in the conference. Only original research papers will be considered for further procedure. Papers which are not in proper format won't be considered for the review process. Accepted submission portal is Microsoft CMT System only, Submissions other than CMT system will not be considered in this conference. Authors should follow the stipulated timeline of the ICAITS-2024 while submitting their papers/documents. Authors are strictly prohibited to multiple submissions. Authors are welcome to submit their original research papers which are not yet published or submitted anywhere.

Withdrawal Policy: Authors can withdrawl their papers at any time under some conditions. Paper can be withdrawl from the conference through CMT system easily during the review process. Even authors can withdrawl their papers after acceptance. Full Fee will be refunded (after deduction of Tax as per India policy) to authors who withdraw their papers on or before 20^th April 2024. Authors will receive 50% of their registration Fee who withdraw their papers during 21^st May to 30^th May 2024. Papers withdraw between 1^st June to 04^th June 2024 can get refund of 25% on registration Fee. The ICAITS won't accept any withdrawal of papers after the conference.

Plagiarism Policy: ICAITS-2024 is very strict on submissions of plagiarized content. Percentage of plagiarism will be checked by excluding references, authors biography if any. Only papers containing below plagiarism of 20 percent will be considered for the review process. Papers which contain plagiarism between 21 to 30 percent will be returned to authors for resubmission by possible reduction. Papers which contain above 31 percent of plagiarism will be directly rejected and will not be considered for the review process.

Review Policy: The review processes will begin once papers pass the stage of plagiarism. A single blind review process will be conducted on every paper. Every paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The review process will be done through the CMT system only. The reviewers should submit their report through the CMT system within time bound. The Technical Program Committee (TPC) will handle the review process and the review committee will work in the directions of TPC. Every review member will receive the honor of certificate (soft copy). Minimum qualification to become a reviewer is working in a reputed institute as either research scholar or PhD holder. Interested one can send a request mail to ICAITS@strf.info and he/she must have an account in Microsoft CMT System.

Acceptance Policy: In order to get acceptance of a paper, the reviewers should recommend it based on the quality, novelty, research objectives, language, presentation, validation, results, analysis, suitable references, etc. A letter of acceptance mail will be sent through the CMT System. A minor review may be required to get complete acceptance if required. Authors will be immediately intimated through mail even if it is rejected. The review committee will submit a detailed report to TPC. The TPC will recommend to the program chair on either accept/ accept with minor review/required review/reject. Every track in the conference has its own committee to make a decision on the paper.

Registration Policy: At least one of the author in a paper which accepted should be registered in ICAITS-2024 to include in conference schedule for presentation as well as proceedings. The registration Fee includes conference kit, presentation, certificate and proceedings. Registration Fee is varying from track to track. Presentation Policy: Authors of all registered papers must be present a PTT of 15 minutes during the conference. The conference will be held in offline mode only. However, the ICAITS-2024 allows a few number of papers under unfavorable conditions to be presented in online on prior permission from conference authority. Authors must have an valid reason to present their paper though online and must take prior permission, however, a very limited papers only will be allowed. Hence there is no guaranty to give permission for all requests on online presentation. Every presentation will be bounded with 15 min of time including 12 min for presentation and 3 min for quires and suggestions. Hence ICAITS is advising authors to prepare an effective PPT.

Fee Refund Policy: There is a particular policy on refund registration fee if authors wish to withdraw their papers. However, a tax policy will be applicable as per Indian government rules and regulations. A refund policy will be applicable as per below timeline if authors wish to withdraw their registered paper. Authors will receive 50% of their registration Fee who withdraw their papers during 21^st May to 27^th May 2024. Papers withdraw between 30^st May to 04^th June 2024 can get refund of 25% on registration Fee. The ICAITS won't accept any withdrawal of papers after the conference.

Certificate Policy: All participants in the conference can receive the printed participation certificate and authors who presented PPT can get a printed presentation certificate. A voluentry certificate will be issued to all students who are involved to make the conference successful.On behalf of the committee of the ICAITS-2024, we appreciate the voluntary contribution that each reviewer gives to the conference. We are thankful for their participation in the online review process, and an honorary certificate (soft copy) will be issued to every reviewer irrespective of their decisions on the papers. .

Final Version Submission Policy: All presented authors need to submit their final version within 5 days from conference in the prescribed format of the publication proceedings mentioned in the track.

Publication Policy: Conference will be submitted all high quality papers to respective publication partner mentioned in track(s) (proceedings) for possible publication. A submitted paper must meet the minimum criteria of the Proceedings to be published in the Proceedings. The final decision will be taken by the editor in chief or authorized person of corresponding proceedings. The timeline of publication will depend on corresponding proceedings.
