Paper Submission
ICAMS-2026 follows strict policies concerning Submissions, Withdrawals, Plagiarism, Peer Review, Acceptance, Registration, Presentation, Fee Refunds, Certificates, Final Submission, and Publication. Authors must adhere to these guidelines to ensure that their submissions meet the conference standards. Non-compliant papers may be rejected without review. Authors should ensure that their research aligns with the conference theme and objectives. Papers will be evaluated based on their originality, relevance, and contribution to the field.
Note: Only original research papers will be considered for review. Review papers and short notes will not be accepted in this conference.
Contribution to Conference Theme: Ensure your paper clearly demonstrates how your research contributes to the conference theme. The originality and relevance of your work will be key factors in the evaluation.
Paper Length: Papers must not exceed a maximum length of 8 pages, including references, figures, and tables. Submissions that exceed this page limit will not be accepted for consideration. Papers must follow the ICAMS-2026 template, available on the conference website.
Research Novelty and Originality: Clearly highlight the novelty and contributions of your research.Establish a strong connection between your study and prior work in the field.Ensure that your submission is original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere.
Paper Format All submitted papers should include the following sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), and References.

All submitted papers should include the following sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), and References.
Plagiarism Check: All papers will be checked for plagiarism. If the similarity index is above 15%, the paper will be sent back to the authors for revision. Papers with a similarity index over 30% will be rejected. The references related to the research work should be cited in the paper.
Submission Policies: Papers that do not comply with the prescribed format or exceed the maximum page limit will be rejected without review. Papers outside the scope of the conference or those with high plagiarism will be rejected without revision. Each author should submit their paper to one Session only. Multiple submissions to different Sessions are not allowed.
Review Process: All papers will go through a double-blind peer review process involving at least two reviewers. The review will evaluate the originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes. Authors must address the reviewers' feedback before the final acceptance. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Revisions: Accepted papers may be required to undergo minor revisions based on reviewers’ comments. Authors should revise and resubmit their paper within the designated timeline to proceed with the registration process.
Author Guidelines
1. The manuscript needs to be in good, scientific, American English. Your motivation for the research presented, central results, and conclusion should be stated in nontechnical language for a broad audience. Authors should present their names in the same way across publications. Your abstract should not contain displayed equations, footnotes, references, graphics, or tables. It should be one paragraph of 250 words providing a summary of the new information, results of general interest, and conclusions.2. Your manuscript should be arranged in the following order: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), abstract, text, conclusion, supplementary material section, acknowledgments, author declarations section (conflict of interest, ethics approval, and author contributions), data availability statement, appendixes (if any), and references.
3. All pages should be numbered consecutively.
4. Displayed equations should be punctuated, aligned to bring out their structure, and numbered on the right-hand side.
5. Multi-line continued equations should have the operator placed at the beginning of the next line.
6. Except for scalar products of vectors, use “x” and not a center dot.
7. A solidus (/) should be used for built-up fractions in text and in displayed math.
8. Math font use should be consistent throughout the paper.For complicated exponents, use “exp.”Notation needs to be clear and consistent with standard use.
9. Footnotes to the title should be set as a “Note” above affiliation footnotes. Footnotes to the affiliations should be labeled as a), b), c), etc. Footnotes in text are not permitted. You can either add that information into the text or in the references list.
10. All figures should be embedded in the text. Follow the information in the Preparing Your Graphics section. Figures should have a caption and be cited in text and numbered consecutively, i.e., 1, 2, 3, etc.
11. Tables should be embedded in the text.Tables should have a caption and be cited in text and numbered consecutively, i.e., I, II, III, etc. Footnotes in tables should be labeled as a), b), c), etc.
12. All references should be cited within the text. Adequate information should be provided on the reference list for the reviewer and readers to access the information. References can appear in one of these three formats: By number – present the names of the authors, the journal, volume, page number(s) and year, as in: 19F. Hernandez, H. Wang, D. Dubrovski, and L. Blum, Appl. Phys. Lett. 121(9), 080401 (2022). (This paper will be listed as the 19th on the reference list. It can be cited in text as Ref. 19, superscript 19, or Hernandez et al.19) In alphabetical order – according to the first author’s last name, the article title, journal name, volume, first and last page, and year, as in Hernandez, F., Wang, H., Dubrovski, D., and Blum, L., “Advances toward a universal fault-tolerant quantum computer,” Appl. Phys. Lett. 121(9), 080401 (2022). By number and alphabetical order – numbering references on an alphabetical-order reference list and citing them by their number in the text.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their paper at any point before a decision has been made on the review.
For accepted papers, withdrawal is possible with the following refund policy:
Plagiarism Policy
ICAMS-2026 maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All papers will be screened for plagiarism, excluding references and author biographies.
Papers with ≤15% similarity will proceed to review.
Papers with 16–20% similarity will be returned to authors for revision.
Papers with a similarity index above 20% will be automatically rejected without review.
Review Policy
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartial evaluation. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers based on:
- Originality
- Technical quality
- Relevance to conference themes
- Clarity of presentation
Acceptance Policy
Authors will be notified of acceptance via the paper submission portal. Papers will be accepted based on:

- Relevance
- Clarity of presentation
Registration Requirements
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for ICAMS-2026 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and presentation schedule.
Presentation Policy
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
Each presentation will be 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
Offline Mode: ICAMS-2026 will primarily be conducted in an offline format.
Online Presentation: Allowed only in exceptional cases, subject to approval from the conference committee.
Certificate Policy
Participation Certificates will be issued to all attendees.
Presentation Certificates will be awarded to authors who present their paper.
Reviewer Certificates will be provided to all reviewers as a token of appreciation.
Camera Ready Submission Policy
Authors must submit the final camera-ready version of their accepted paper within the specified deadline.
Papers must strictly adhere to formatting and submission guidelines.
Publication Policy
Selected high-quality papers presented at ICAMS-2026 will be considered for publication through the Scientific.Net publishing platform, subject to the publisher’s editorial and quality requirements.
Papers must meet the publication partner’s criteria for inclusion.
The final decision on publication rests with the editors and journal representatives.
